Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver products Australia wide using Australian Air Express. A flat rate of AUD 15.00 per order is charged.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

All parcels will be delivered between 8.30am – 5.30pm to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. Parcels cannot be left unattended. It is recommended you provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. If you have missed the delivery first time around, you will be contacted and will have to collect it up from the advised location.
We do not offer direct pickup of your order from our despatch site.

Customer Service Policy
We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
We will cover the cost of freight of returned items where the mistake has been ours. If you require the goods to be returned for refund due to one of the reasons allowed above, you need to contact us to arrange collection.

Insurance Policy

We accept no responsibility or duty for delivery unless you elect to take out insurance cover. If you elect to take out insurance cover, a charge will be calculated based on the stated percentage of your total order.
If you elect to take out insurance, we will replace your order free of charge in the situation it is not received by you due to shipping error.

We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all.
